TRAINING
SHWE Reservoir Engineering Training group is also providing Courses such as Reservoir Management, Reservoir Surveillance, and Reservoir Simulation with tailored Syllabus for their special requirements.
In addition, we also provide a training for students to use Lab equipment, conducting actual experiments (such as measuring permeability, liquid permeability etc.) as part of our voluntary services to YTU (Yangon Technical University), Myanmar.

Definition of SCAL Fundamentals
As we know, some SCAL tests will be very tedious and time consuming. What are the applications and Why is it important?
There are many drive mechanisms that assist hydrocarbon to extract out of a reservoir.
These mechanisms are directly or indirectly linked to how the fluids in a reservoir moves (by pressure changes, by gas expansion, by water influx and perhaps combination of these).
In the lab, SCAL test such as core flooding may properly designed to mimic what supposedly occur in a reservoir during the fluids transport mechanism and production process.
It may be for Gas Recycling study and it is important to obtain gas relative perm in the presence of movable oil, for example.
